Who we are. 3DÉIZON is a brand of Marostone FZ-LLC, Compass Building, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: contact@3deizon.com.
What we collect. When you fill in our project form: your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number if you give it, country, and the details of your project. When you become a client: the drawings, 3D models and references you upload, the time slots you choose for our meeting, and your billing details.
Why. To answer your request, send you a proposal and a quote, produce and deliver your renders, invoice you and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Business emails. We may write to professionals whose contact details are published for business purposes, about services relevant to their work. Each message says where we found the details. Reply "stop" and you will not hear from us again.
Who processes it for us. Cloudflare (website and forms), Google Workspace (email and project folders), Stripe (online payments, which we never see in full), our client file software, and our production team, bound by confidentiality. Some of these providers are located outside your country; they are chosen for their security commitments.
How long. Requests that do not lead to a project: 3 years after our last exchange. Client projects and invoices: as long as required by accounting law. Uploaded files: kept for the project, then archived.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@3deizon.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union, you can also contact your data protection authority.
Cookies. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice on your device.
