1. Purpose. The signed quote describes the marketing renders ordered for the promotion of the project. They are delivered as 4K images. 3D working files are not delivered unless stated otherwise in the quote.
2. Items supplied by the client. Drawings, the 3D model if one exists, materials and references. If the 3D model is not available, modelling from the drawings is charged separately, as per the quote. The client warrants that it is entitled to share these items with us.
3. Stages and approvals. Kick-off, 3D model, camera angles, final renders. The client approves the 3D model, the camera angles and the final renders in writing (email or WhatsApp). Each approval is final. Two rounds of changes are included at the 3D model stage, two at the camera-angle stage and one on the final renders. Any further change, or any change to the project after approval, is subject to an additional quote.
4. Price and payment. Prices excluding taxes, in the currency of the quote. Payment: 40% on order, 30% on approval of the 3D model, 30% on delivery. Production starts on receipt of the deposit. Invoices are due on receipt. Full-resolution final images are delivered once the balance has been paid.
5. Timing. The schedule depends on how quickly approvals are given and items are supplied by the client.
6. Ownership of the images. Once paid in full, the delivered images become the property of the client, who may use them freely, in any medium, with no limit in time or territory. Until full payment, they remain the property of 3DÉIZON.
7. Use by 3DÉIZON. The client authorises 3DÉIZON to use the images produced for its own communication: portfolio, website, social media, brochures, advertising and competitions, with no time limit. First publication takes place after the commercial launch of the project, or earlier with the client's agreement.
8. Confidentiality. 3DÉIZON keeps the project drawings and information confidential until its commercial launch.
9. Nature of the renders. The renders are artist's impressions. The client is responsible for stating on its sales material that they are not contractually binding.
10. Cancellation. If the client cancels, amounts already paid remain due to 3DÉIZON.
11. Governing law. Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Competent courts: Ras Al Khaimah.
